Pickler was born Kellie dawn Pickler 28 June 1986. She had a turbulent childhood. When she was only two, her mother left her to escape from the abusive marriage. Then she returned to the life of Pickler in 1995, and was given custody of her. But it didn't go as it was originally planned. At the age of 12, the court returned Pickler to her grandparents who took care of her until she reached adulthood. Pickler was, in the absence of her parents and her older siblings, became too busy to become a mom. The time she had was limited, and she figured out how to take care of the family members from a young time. Pickler was on her middle school and high school's cheerleading squad.
